Muslim Matta Fair KL 2026 Terms & Condition General To participate in the Muslim MATTA Fair KL 2026 (the "Event"), customers (the "Customers") must be residing in Malaysia during the event period. Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia (the "Organiser") reserves the right to disqualify any Customer without prior notice if they fail to meet the Event requirements. Event Period The Event will run from 4 July 2026 to 5 July 2026. The Event will be held at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTC KL), Booth D07, D09 & D11. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event period, location, or mechanics without prior notice. Gift Redemption Gift redemption is valid for eligible purchases made during the Muslim MATTA Fair KL 2026 on 4 – 5 July 2026. Customers who purchase any Korea travel package (flight + ground package) to Korea during the Event are entitled to redeem: One (1) KTO Muslim Prayer Mat (limited to the first 250 redemptions); thereafter, One (1) KTO Tumblers* *subject to availability. Customers who purchase any Korea travel package with a minimum 2-night stay in Jeju during the Event are also entitled to redeem: One (1) Jeju Green Reusable Bag (limited to the first 250 redemptions), subject to availability. Only purchases made physically during the Event are eligible. Customers must present valid proof of purchase, including the invoice and itinerary, to redeem the gifts. One (1) redemption item per person only. Redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Terms and Conditions: BOF Ticket Giveaway! 1. The 'BOF Concert Ticket Giveaway' (the “Contest”) will run from 20 May to 7 June 2026. 2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest period at any time without prior notice. 3. Korea Tourism Organization Malaysia (the “Organiser”) reserves the right to disqualify any Participants without notice at any point of the contest or after should he/she be found to have not fulfilled the prerequisites of the contest prior to participation. 4. To participate in the Giveaway, participants (the “Participants”) must be residing in Malaysia during the contest period. 5. For giveaway entry, participants will need to follow @KTO_Malaysia on Instagram, share the contest post to their Instagram Story, comment on the contest post, mention who they want to see the most from the lineup on the 28th, and tag a friend to come with, and upload proof of travel to Korea during 28 June 2026 on the designated Google Form ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdL4kfv5vwMGmFEO4jQY2trpYXJfQKKtMXK9KWaDLcbz3vZOQ/viewform?usp=header ). 6. Each participant may submit multiple entries. However, each participant is only entitled to win one prize. 7. "The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, at its sole and absolute discretion, the eligibility of any participant and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the giveaway if: •Entries submitted are incomplete or fail to fulfill any of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein • There is a violation any applicable laws or regulations. • for any reason whatsoever the Organiser have reason to believe that a participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the giveaway in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception." 8. The contest will end on 31 May 2026, 11.59 pm, and winners will be selected randomly by a computer-generated process from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. 9. A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected randomly by a computer-generated process from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Each winner will receive one (2) BOF Concert Ticket (28th June 2026) as the prize. 10. In order to respond to the participants’ entries or fulfill the giveaway mechanics, it may be necessary to ask for personal information such as the Participant’s name, contact number, email address, and passport details. 11. In the event that the Organiser is unable to contact a winner within 2 working days from the date of the Instagram Direct Message, the prize shall be considered unclaimed and deemed forfeited. The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the same judging criteria used for the initial selection. 12. The Organiser’s decision on matters relating to the giveaway (including, but not limited to the selection of the Winners) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the participants in respect of any decision of the Organiser shall be entertained. 13. Winners must redeem their tickets at the concert venue on 28 June 2026. To redeem their tickets, winners must present their passport at the redemption counter. The name on the passport must match the name provided in the Google Form as tickets are non-transferable and will be verified at redemption. All Winners whose Prizes have been unclaimed/unredeemed or forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. Failure to respond to any notification from The Organizer in relation to any Prize won, to take the necessary steps to claim and/or redeem the Prize, or to provide any information or material required for the claim/redemption/collection of any Prize, shall be deemed a failure to claim/redeem such Prize. 14. The Organisers will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the prizes. 15. The Organisers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or other errors that may occur during the giveaway, or for the cancellation of the concert. 16. Prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 17. The Organiser, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained by any participant in connection with or arising from participation in the giveaway. 18. Participants are required to review the concert terms and conditions and comply with the guidelines set by the concert organizers. 19. The Terms and Conditions of the giveaway shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 20.
